The Nagare Game

Requires 15-20 people... simulates the operation of a U-shaped production cell or Nagare Line.... the game demonstrates how operators should work and behave in the production cell, and where and how production engineers and maintenance crews should focus their attention.  This game is unique to bullwhip.co.uk.  Email me for more details.

The Process Improvement Game

This game is excellent at illustrating learning curves and strategies that make change "stick".  The game by the Gilbreth's invented in 1920's.   Detailed in Robinson, A.G. and Robinson, M.M. (1994) "On The Tabletop Improvement Experiments of Japan”, Production and Operations Management, Vol. 3, No. 3, pp201-217.
